    Robert has been working in the family business since 1985 plus a few years in high school detailing cars.  He is happily married to Tiare for over 20 years.  He has three children; Ryan a junior in high school, Amber a freshman in college and Justin who is a Certified Parts specialist here at the dealership.  Toyota Bob also has two grandchildren; Mason and Oliver.  When not around the dealership, you will find Bob camping, boating and being with the family.  He loves the car business and putting smiles on people's faces every day!

    Matt Shanahan

    Matt is the New Car Sales Manager.  He started in the automobile business in January 1989 and has been with LaRiche Toyota since 2003.  Matt graduated from Bowling Green State University and he and his wife Beth have two sons as well as two dogs.  When not at the dealership, Matt enjoys attending his boy's sporting events and is a avid supporter of Findlay High School.

    Greg is the Used Car Sales Manager.  He started in the automobile business in January 1986.  With a varied background in domestic as well as import vehicles including 12 years as a sales consultant and 10+ years in management and once owned his own used car dealership for 3 years.  Greg has been married to his wife Meghan for 24 years and they have 3 sons - Derek 23 and twins Alec & Bo 20.  When not at the dealership, you will find Greg rooting for his teams as he is a big sports fan especially the Detroit Tigers, Detroit Lions and The Ohio State Buckeyes.

    Matt has been the Finance Director with LaRiche for 8 years and has been in the automotive industry for 18 years.  When he is not taking care of the LaRiche customer's finance needs, he enjoys boating, Minnesota Twins baseball and spending time with he wife and children.

    Stacy Montgomery

    Stacy has been LaRiche Toyota's Office Manager/Controller from March of 2000 but comes with over 20 years of dealership experience.  She originally started in the automotive industry in 1989 as a part-time file clerk.  Stacy is married to Mark and they have two children; Samantha and Jarrett.  When she is not working, she is spending time watching numerous school functions and activities that her children are involved with.  Stacy is active in the church and enjoys going to the movies with her family, shopping for the next bargain, and playing with the family dogs.

    Tiare has been working at LaRiche Toyota since 1998.  She is the Customer Relations manager.  Tiare is married to Robert LaRiche and they have three children.  Justin, who works in the parts department, Amber a freshman in college and Ryan who is in high school.  She also has two grandchildren; Mason & Oliver.  When not at the dealership, Tiare enjoys camping, boating, sports and most importantly being with family.

    Andrea has been part of the LaRiche family for the past 10 years.  She has been involved in the accounting department and customer relations from Cashier & Receptionist, title work, employee payroll and human resources.  She also teaches dance at Julie's Dance Studio in Bowling Green.  A graduate of Findlay High School, she now resides in Mount Cory with her husband Greg of 9 years and one daughter with another on the way!  Andrea is proud to be part of a team that holds high standards in customer as well as employee satisfaction, while maintaining a family oriented atmosphere.

    Dave has been part of the Lariche Family for 2 1/5 years. He has been in the retail auto industry for over 14 years. He has 2 teenage boys, Tyler and Drew, and a Chocolate Labrador, Amos. On those rare occasions that he is not at work, he loves to spend time doing projects with his boys. He likes to read, play games like chess and billiards, and throw the football around the yard.

    Ashley has been with LaRiche Toyota since 2011.  However, she has been in sales for over a year while studying International Business online at Owens.  When not at the dealership, Ashley is working with her horses or outdoors exploring.  She enjoys traveling and hiking.  Ashley loves getting to know new people and learning about different backgrounds and cultures.

    Andre has been serving the surrounding area customers at LaRiche for 15years.  He graduated from the University of Findlay in '94 and was a member of the National Championship Football Team in '92 - - GO OILERS!  Andre has been married to his wife Alyssa for over 7 years.  He has four children; Shyla, Malachi, Avery and Addison.  When he's not selling Toyota's, you can find him in a good fishing hole or rooting for his NFL team, the Cleveland Browns.

    Davron has been in the automobile business for 5 years.  Born and raised in Russia, he graduated from the University of Findlay and is proud to be a U.S. citizen with the opportunity to work towards the American dream!  Davron is married and has two dogs, all of which mean the world to him.

    Mike has been in the retail automobile business for over 16 years.  He is married with three beautiful children who mean the world to him.  When not at work, Mike enjoys sporting events, especially Miami Dolphins football as well as Oakland A's baseball and doing activities that his children have.  The kids are all involved in sporting events which keeps him very busy.

    Judy has been the title clerk for LaRiche Toyota for the past 3 years. However, she has been doing title work for the past 23 years.  Judy is married with one child and one granddaughter as well as 2 dogs.  She enjoys spending her time with her granddaughter, her dogs and reading a good book.

    Lynn has been the receptionist/cashier for LaRiche Toyota for the last 3 years.  She is married to her best friend Dan for 30 years and they have three sons, two dogs and two grandpuppies.  When not taking care of the phones or Lariche customers, you will find Lynn with friends or cruising in their old cars "hot rods"  that they have fixed up.

She is also a recent graduate of Bowling Green State University obtaining a degree in Communications and Marketing. When not at the dealership she loves spending time with her family and playing with her animals.

    Daniel has 19 years experience as an automotive tech and is ASE Certified in brakes, steering and suspension.  He previously managed automotive repair stores for 6 years before coming to LaRiche Toyota, which he feels is the best product and family atmosphere to be involved with.  Daniel is married to Louise Chaudron and they have three children - John, Lavanda and Rebecca, who is a new mom!  Yes, Daniel is a new grandpa.  Daniel moved here from Mobile, AL but his family (grandparents Alvin & Pat Wittenmyer) are lifelong natives of Findlay. Daniel attends Trinity Baptist Church where he is a member.  He will treat each and every customer as family and strongly believes in the products we service.

    Sam has been with LaRiche Toyota for several months but has over 20 years in customer service, sales and other venues.  He is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and served in Vietnam from 1970-71.  Sam and his wife Pam of 39 years have four children and eight grandchildren.  When not greeting LaRiche customers, he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
